Yes, we ship worldwide
but we strongly recommend you check your country
and state laws. All products sold on the website
are legal for sale in the UK and Europe, all of our customers
are advised to check the laws governing their own countries.
We cannot be held responsible for persons who choose to
act in conflict with their national laws and we do not
encourage anyone to do so. In addition our system will
not allow certain items to be ordered outside the UK as
they conflict with international laws. |

What type of currency and
payment do you accept? |

We accept all major currencies;
there is a currency converter on the site, which will
convert our prices to any currency in the world. Credit
card orders can only be sent to the cardholders address.
You can also pay directly into our bank account or send
cash and cheques through the post.
All cash or postal/money order transactions should be
sent by registered post to ensure that they reach us safely.
We cannot be held responsible for payment lost in transit
to us.
Even though you can view your order in any currency your
Credit/Debit card will be Debited in UK Sterling and your
bank will make the conversion of currency for you so your
final total might differ slightly depending on your bank |

Once I have ordered how
long will it take before I receive my order? |

If you pay by credit card we will
endeavour to send out your order the same day.
You will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched,
which will contain a tracking reference if the shipping
method you have chosen allows for it. You can use this
reference to track the progress of your parcel with your
chosen courier company.
UK customers will generally receive their order the next
day.
Packages to Europe generally arrive within 3 - 4 days
and the rest of the world 4 - 8 days.
Please note that packages can take longer to arrive overseas.
We are at the mercy of the postal services, and they can
be less than reliable!
In addition to this, you should note that sometimes items
in your order may be out of stock. We will do our very
best to ship your order as soon as possible. |

How do you send out my
order? |

All orders are sent out in discreet
packaging. Your order will be sent out in a plain padded
envelope or box. There are no labels on the packaging
except the delivery address. There is no reference to
what is contained with the envelopes or boxes. Inside
there will be your order, and an invoice. Sometimes, we
may even throw in a free gift! |

How do we know that you
are a legitimate company/ business? Will we receive what
we have ordered / paid for? Do you have a shop, warehouse
or a place where we can visit? |

We have been working in this business
for over 10 years and have an excellent working relationship
with all of our customers and suppliers. We have recently
decided to go it alone and start our own internet business
within the industry.
We are currently looking to expand and eventually open
up a shop in the near future - we will keep you updated!
It would be against our best interest to not send you
out the goods that you have paid for! We would have no
customers if that were the case. |

Standard International and Signed-For
Registered mail can be delivered to PO Boxes, with the
latter accepting a signature from a member of staff at
the PO Box depot.
Express Courier companies such as FedEx or UPS will not
deliver to PO Boxes. FedEx or UPS require a customer signature
to release the package. |

How do I know if my seeds
will grow? |

All the seeds we sell are imported
directly from the seed companies in Holland and Switzerland
. If taken to a country where they are legal to grow,
they certainly will do so. Due to legal constraints within
the U.K and abroad all seeds are sold as souvenirs only.
We will not be able to answer any questions about the
germination and growing of these seeds as they are not
to be grown in the UK . |
